Materials

image_rolle2We process films according to your order of, for instance:

OPP (oriented polypropylene) = very low water vapor permeability, high gas permeability, good high and low temperature resistance, high tearing, pushing and penetrating resistance; also used metalized in compound films

PE (polyethylene) = very low water vapor permeability, very high gas permeability, poor flavor density, very good weld ability

PET (polyester terephtalate) = good density values, very good chemical resistance, very good high and low temperature resistance, very high mechanical stability, not weldable, often coated with a PVDC (polyvinyl dichloride) layer

EVA (ethylene vinyl alcohol) – barrier = e.g. a film used as an insulating layer in compound films of PET / PE or OPP / PE; very high resistance to organic chemicals, very good fat and flavour density, very good light and ageing resistance
